TEL AVIV, Israel, Oct. 30 — IncrediBuild-XGE uses process virtualization to create a virtual supercomputer. By harnessing idle CPU cycles in the local network and/or public cloud, and distributing applications' computational-intensive processes for parallel processing, IncrediBuild-XGE can achieve processing speeds of up to 30x faster or more using existing hardware.
"Organizations don't realize they are sitting on a supercomputer," said Eyal Maor, Xoreax CEO. "Process virtualization allows them to leverage their unused or underused processors across the entire network, creating HPC without purchasing a single piece of additional hardware."
Multicore processors are the norm, but the software running on them isn't maximizing the value of the technology or justifying the cost. Instead of virtualizing an entire machine, process virtualization virtualizes a single process on a remote machine on demand, executing many such processes in parallel on remote CPUs and GPUs.
With process virtualization, time-consuming, processing-intensive applications can be easily transformed into lightning-fast distributed solutions that harness the power of unused and underused CPU and GPU resources across the network.
IncrediBuild-XGE offers an out-of-the-box solution that requires no integration effort, no maintenance, no custom grid API and no need to maintain a virtual machine, image banks, or files on remote machines.
"Many professional applications require heavy duty processing," concluded Mr. Maor. "With IncrediBuild-XGE you can achieve faster performance by creating your own 'virtual supercomputer' with resources you already have."
We invite you to attend our presentation, Achieving Cost-Effective HPC with Process Virtualization, at 11 a.m., Thursday, November 15, in room 155-C.
