Panel will examine credible forecasts and projections to determine the long-term impact of cloud-based solutions for audio/video delivery, reliability and security
PALO ALTO, Calif., April 5 — WSO2 today announced that WSO2 Vice President of Technology Evangelism Chris Haddad will speak as a panelist in the "Years Ahead for Cloud Computing" session at the 2012 NAB Show for the digital media and entertainment industry. The session is part of the Distributed Computing Industry Association (DCIA) Cloud Computing Conference, the second annual DCIA-within-NAB event. The 2012 NAB Show will run April 14-19, 2012, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nev.
Years Ahead for Cloud Computing
This panel session will examine credible forecasts and projections and what they suggest about the long-term impact of cloud computing solutions for the audio/video (A/V) ecosystem. It also will explore the significance of cloud computing for the underlying businesses that are based on content production and distribution. Additionally, experts will provide an overview of how cloud computing positively affects each stage of the content distribution chain, from collaboration and post-production to storage, delivery and analytics.
