WARWICK, UK, Jan. 31 -- Allinea Software today announced the release of the latest version of Allinea DDT, version 3.1 and a set of novel features designed to both simplify and enable debugging of parallel and multithreaded applications.
“Users need more performance and are buying hardware that has ever more parallel processors and potential, but the reality is this - if their software doesn't work when deployed to the hardware, then performance is not improved at all,” said Mike Fish, CEO of Allinea. “We provide tools that allow people to debug that software simultaneously on a few hundred thousand processors so they can achieve the full performance potential of their new systems. The one tool to debug all – at scale and at speed
